To manage the Masonic holdings in St. Catharines, Ontario, so that all Masonic bodies have well maintained and economical facilities, and to administer the publicly used portion of the MMTA's holdings to the financial support and advantage of our Masonic tenants.

The Masonic Memorial Temple Association is an incorporated non-profit company, formed in 1949, to help manage the affairs of the Masonic bodies resident in the facility. As of 2017, there are nine craft lodges and seven concordant bodies who use the facility, as well as the longtime business tenant - The Niagara Conservatory of Music. Located in downtown St. Catharines, Ontario, this facility serves as the central hub for freemasonry in the region.
